NOVEMBER 6, 2018 – Norwalk’s hot Wall Street Arts District now has a new fashion center to complement the many bars, restaurants, galleries and music venues. Following a year of site research, renovation and planning, House of Katia is now open for business at 12 Main Street, Norwalk.
The public is invited to attend a grand re-opening celebration on Thursday, November 8 with refreshments, special holiday offers from House of Katia partner brands, and a 20% discount on all items. At 5 p.m., Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling will preside over the official ribbon-cutting
In addition to fine jewelry and a carefully curated selection of clothing and accessories, House of Katia’s revamped approach to style services sets her apart from other traditional retailers.
Coinciding with the location’s reopening is the launch of the new House of Katia’s Style Subscription, a service that allows clients to gain even greater access to Katia’s expertise.The monthly subscription includes preferred pricing on all purchases, a personal closet assessment and ongoing wardrobe consulting where clients may send images then request a style review for specific outfits.
“People feel great when they wear clothes and accessories that present a current, professional, elegant image, but they don’t have time to go to every store in town,” said owner Katia Garcon. “My job is to know where the trends are going and know my customers so they can feel great at work or at special occasions. According to Ms. Garcon, the grand reopening is the first of many events and activities that will take place at House of Katia.
